First Meeting Recap

Thank you Girl Scouts & Parents for attending our first Girl Scout meeting last night!
It was successful as we were able to allow the meeting to be mostly “Girl-Led.” We look forward to the meetings to be completely “Girl-Led” as we progress through the scouting year!!!!
Thank you to all our parent volunteers that stepped up and helped!

1st Meeting Info.

HELLO GS Juniors 5066!!!!!!!

WHAT TIME IS IT????!!!  That's right....It's Girl Scout Time!!!!

We are Super Excited about our new journey, "It's your story, tell it."  The aMuse Junior Journey.

In aMUSE, Juniors gain an understanding of just how limitless their potential can be as they combine storytelling with the many roles--real and creative--that the world has to offer. Girls will have fun trying on roles and learning about people and the power of real-life action and leadership.

We have tentatively scheduled our parent meeting for August 15, 2011 @ 6:15 in the Marbut Theme School cafeteria.
Our first Girl meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 29, 2011 same location.

In order for the girls to get a jump start on the journey, we have an event coming that will hopefully engage the girls into thinking about how to embrace "Telling their story."  The event is listed below:

Microsoft First Saturday STEM Series - Sept 3, 2011
